Please refer to the Technology Letter and Directions your child received in their laptop bag on the first day of school to support their learning experience. The directions are also linked below.

IF YOUR CHILD IS ATTENDING SCHOOL WHILE IN NEED OF TECH SUPPORT, THEY NEED TO USE THE PROCEDURES IN PLACE AT EACH LEVEL.

MMS: Student sees LRC staff for tech help.
Elementary: Students HR teacher places an Ivanti Service desk ticket on behalf of student.

 

If your child is in need of tech support during an e-Learning Day (due to inclement weather), please send a message to the email address associated with your child’s school. Please make sure the email includes the laptop M# (found on the back of the screen), the student’s name, and a phone number for the tech department to call back. Tech Department hours of operation during e-Learning days are Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm.
